The Service provides community-generated travel suggestions for informational purposes only. Flywithpigeon Ltd does not guarantee the safety, accessibility, accuracy, or legality of any suggested routes.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining your own physical safety, checking weather/terrain, following local laws, and ensuring you do not trespass.

Right of Way: A route appearing on the App does not grant you a right of way; always respect physical signage.

No Liability: Flywithpigeon Ltd shall not be liable for personal injury, death, property damage, or legal disputes (including trespassing) arising from your use of the Service in the physical world.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding Your password.

Verification: You acknowledge that account verification is limited to email. The Company does not verify the expertise or identity of its users. Do not assume user-created routes are designed by professionals.

Content

Your Right to Post Content

You are responsible for the Content You post. By posting, You grant Us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute such Content.

Content Restrictions

You may not transmit Content that is:

• Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.
• Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited.
• Spam or unauthorized advertising.
• Containing viruses or malware.
• Infringing on any proprietary rights (patents, trademarks).
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Violating the privacy of any third person.

Copyright Policy (DMCA)

Flywithpigeon Ltd maintains strict evaluation procedures to immediately address valid notifications of claim copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to protect its platform provider safe harbor status.

Limitation of Liability

The entire liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or £100 GBP if You haven't purchased anything. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including death or injury resulting from Your use of physical routes.
